Highlights from the 2nd CYBERUNITY Demonstration Event

Held at the Athens Concert Hall on February 5, 2026, the CYBERUNITY 2nd Demonstration Event was a success and a significant step toward the project’s goal of creating a robust, federated cyber defense ecosystem. A wide range of stakeholders, technology companies, and specialists attended the event to get informed about the latest advancements in cybersecurity initiatives.

 

A Collaborative Vision for Cyber Defense

The event’s agenda effectively combined technical insights from the European cybersecurity community with strategic project updates. Among the main highlights were:

  • CYBERUNITY Progress: Partners provided insights about the project’s core mission of creating a network of interoperable cyber ranges.
  • Synergies with European Projects: A major part of the day was dedicated to cross-project collaboration, featuring insights from six significant European initiatives, including SecAwarenessTrust, SECUR-EU, ANTIDOTE, NITRO, NATWORK, and GUARDAI.
  • Technical Excellence: Presentations focused on critical building blocks such as the interoperability API, federated knowledge repositories, and advanced monitoring tools, demonstrating how these components work together to enhance defense capabilities.
